In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

By accessing or using the idk66 Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming a Bonus — you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Accoun t. Continued use after any amendment to these Terms signifies acceptance of the amended version.

To register and maintain an Account on idk66, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age or the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification document (KTP, Passport, or Driver's License).
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform or any other idk66-operated service.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or employee of another individual or legal entity.
• You are of sound mind, free from any cognitive impairment, and not under the influence of alcohol or substances that would prevent you from understanding these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account pending receipt of satisfactory verification documents.

To access gaming services on idk66, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, phone number, and residential address in Indonesia.
• Choose a secure password of at least eight characters incorporating uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Maintain only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

One Account Per Person: Each Member may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts (whether under your own name, false names, or using another person's identity) is strictly forbidden and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds held therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. The Company will never ask you to disclose your password via live chat, email, or telephone. Any request for such information should be reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

The Company is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory obligations and security practices, we implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

When KYC is Required: KYC verification may be requested at any time, but is typically required before:

• Processing your first withdrawal request.
• Approving cumulative withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 in a calendar month.
• Investigating suspicious activity, disputed transactions, or bonus abuse.

Acceptable Documents: You will be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, Passport, or Driver's License).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile banking app, front of debit card with middle digits obscured).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document and a handwritten note with today's date and "idk66".

Documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners. Edited, cropped, or obscured images will be rejected. The Company will review submitted documents within 24 to 48 hours and notify you of approval or requests for additional documentation.

Deposits:

• idk66 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method; consult the cashier page for current limits.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within seconds for e-wallets and 1–5 minutes for bank transfers during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:00 WIB).
• The Company does not charge any fees for deposits. Third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees; such fees are the Member's responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000 for verified Accounts and Rp 10,000,000 for unverified Accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own legal name matching the Account registration details.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes during operational hours (24/7) for verified Accounts with no pending bonus wagering requirements.
• The Company does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees or currency conversion charges if applicable.
• All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals and cumulative monthly withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 will trigger a mandatory KYC review.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if the Company detects suspicious activity, bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, or failure to comply with wagering requirements.

idk66 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 5x to 30x depending on the promotion) on eligible games before any resulting winnings become withdrawable.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute 10–50% or be excluded entirely. Consult the specific bonus terms for details.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering a bonus, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 10,000–50,000 per spin or bet depending on the promotion). Exceeding the maximum bet will void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from credit date). Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your Account.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus per Member, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Bonus abuse through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential Account closure.
• Company Discretion: The Company reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion if it suspects fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Detailed terms and conditions apply to each specific promotion and are published on the promotion page at the time the offer is made. In case of conflict between the general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

General Rules:

• All bets placed on idk66 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after placement except in cases of obvious technical error as determined by the Company.
• The Company reserves the right to void bets, refuse wagers, or limit bet amounts at its sole discretion without prior notice, particularly if suspicious betting patterns or rule violations are detected.
• For sports betting, all bets are settled according to official results published by the relevant sporting body. Results displayed on the Platform are indicative only; official league or tournament results take precedence.
• In the event of a cancelled, postponed, or abandoned match, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and market. Consult the sportsbook rules page for full details.
• For casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited for fairness. The Company does not control or influence individual game outcomes.

Prohibited Betting Practices:

• Arbitrage betting (exploiting odds discrepancies across bookmakers).
• Syndicate betting or coordination with other Members to manipulate outcomes or bonuses.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Betting with insider knowledge or on events where you have a conflict of interest.

Engaging in any of the above practices will result in bet voiding, confiscation of winnings, and potential permanent Account suspension.

idk66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Members. We provide the following tools free of charge to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks during which no deposits or wagers are permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account for a minimum period of 6 months to 5 years, or permanently, during which you will not be permitted to reopen an Account or register a new one.

These tools are accessible from the "Responsible Gaming" section of your Account dashboard. To activate self-exclusion, contact our support team at [email protected] with your request. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the idk66 Platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and potential legal action:

• Opening multiple Accounts or allowing another person to access your Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods to deposit Funds.
• Colluding with other Members, using bots, or employing any form of artificial intelligence or automated system to place bets.
• Abusing or exploiting system errors, game bugs, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Harassment, threatening language, or abusive behavior toward Company staff or other Members.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Platform.

The Company monitors all Account activity and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious behavior. Members found in violation of these rules will face penalties up to and including permanent exclusion from the Platform and reporting to relevant authorities.

All content on the idk66 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the site, is the exclusive property of idk66 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Platform without prior written permission.
• Use any idk66 trademarks, logos, or branding in connection with any product or service not provided by idk66.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or service.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code underlying the Platform.

Unauthorized use of idk66 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal proceedings for damages and injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idk66 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Emotional distress, reputational harm, or loss of goodwill.
• Errors, interruptions, delays, or unavailability of the Platform or any services provided therein.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or transmission failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, software providers, or telecommunication carriers.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited into your Account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC) data.
• Payment and transaction history.
• Gaming activity, betting patterns, and device information.
• Communications with customer support.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idk66 is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and the Company for a period of thirty (30) days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.
